This book is an anchorwomen. The book has her life story. The pages are 1-47. It talks about Barbara Walters.

I like this book talks about her history. She was born on September 25, 1931 in Boston, MA. She has one older sister named Jacqueline. Her dad hired movie stars, singers, and comedians to perform at his clubs. He traveled to Las Vegas and to California to meet with show business people. He made for move to Miami Beach and New York City. She liked school. Her family moved back to New York City when she was 16.

She went to Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York. She studied hard and was one of the best students in her class. In 1954, she graduated from college. They had a job opening at WRCA-TV, NBC's New York station. She went to WPIX-TV to work there. She was married December 8, 1963. In 1968 they adopted a child and she named her Jacqueline Dena Guber. Later they were divorced.

She worked at ABC evening news as co-host. Here is a history of the author of the book name Mary Virginia Fox said "Is the author of many books and articles for adults as well as young people, including several books in the Taking Part series. During her long career, she has lived in a number of foreign countries, including Colombia, Tunisia, Iran, and the Philippines, where she worked as a newspaper columnist. Ms. Fox is a member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors and the National League of American Pen Women. An honors graduate of Northwestern University, she now lives with her husband in Middleton, Wisconsin."
